Pleasant Holidays and its activities brand, Pleasant Activities, launched a new, travel-advisor focused website that makes it easier to advisors to book Pleasant activities.

The site allows for booking activities in Antigua, the Bahamas, Barbados, Jamaica, Saint Lucia, Turks & Caicos, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, the Island of Hawaii, Kaua, Maui, Oahu, and the Mexico destinations of Puerto Vallarta, Cancun, Cozumel, Los Cabos, and Riviera Maya.

It features a dynamic search bar serving up relevant activities, even without an exact name match to make locating available activities, excursions, sunset cruises, helicopter tours, and luaus easier. Results can be sorted by price, activity name, or vendor name. Clicking on an activity’s tile opens an extensive page of information including availability, details, pricing, schedules, and pro tips.

Advisors can also compare up to three activities at a time in a side-by-side display.

The site’s booking capabilities can also be incorporated into a travel agency’s own website, allowing clients to book activities at their convenience while protecting agency’s commission.

“With the enhancements we’ve made to the Pleasant Activities website, advisors now have a powerful new tool for enhancing their clients’ vacation experiences and earning additional income with tours, activities, and other immersive destination experiences such as Hawaiian luaus,” said Jack E. Richards, president and CEO.

The new system supports repeat client bookings by retaining client profiles, locates specific bookings with an easy-to-use search function and displays traveler information all in one place at the top of the screen. Guest notes and commission information can be hidden from view for a customer-facing view.

Travel advisors can request access to the new site by clicking “Signup” on the blue menu bar at pleasantactivities.com.
