In honor of National Plan a Cruise Month, Scenic Group has launched a promotion that offers something for both travel advisors and their clients including bonus commissions and extra savings. Additionally, during the month of October, clients will have access to 2026 sailings at 2025 pricing.

“This National Plan a Cruise Month campaign is an extension of Scenic Group’s ‘Partners in Travel’ program, which underscores our unwavering commitment to travel advisors,” said Elizabeth Fettes, vice president of sales, Scenic Group USA. “Our advisors are the backbone of our success… That’s why we continuously go above and beyond to offer meaningful incentives and steadfast support, especially during National Plan a Cruise Month, when so many discerning travelers are looking for their next adventure.”

Advisor incentives

Through Nov. 3, 2024, travel advisors will receive bonus commission on both group and FIT bookings, and will have the opportunity to win a free FAM cruise for two.

Advisors who create a group quote through Nov. 3 will receive a $25 bonus commission, redeemable via gift card. Advisors who confirm five group bookings by Dec. 31, 2024 will also earn a $100 bonus commission. Ten or more confirmed group bookings by Dec. 31, 2024 will receive an additional $250 commission per group.

For advisors making individual bookings, there is a $25 bonus commission per booking after a minimum of three deposited bookings.

The top two advisors with the highest number of deposited bookings (minimum of five) made between Oct. 1 and Nov. 3, 2024, will win a free FAM cruise for two. One winner will sail on a Scenic river cruise, while the other will sail on an Emerald river cruise (both sailings will be immediately after the ASTA River Cruise Expo in 2025).

Client incentives

On the client side, Scenic Group is offering 2-for-1 fares on select 2025 sailings and free airfare or additional savings for clients not requiring flights. Select departures will feature additional savings as well.

Additionally, clients who book during this time will receive a complimentary Flexible Booking Plan with all 2025 bookings.

2026 preview

As part of the promotion, Scenic Group is unveiling 2026 European cruising, available to book for a limited time at 2025 prices.

Key highlights include:

  • New winter departures in February and early March 2026
  • An increased number of seven-day voyages, including the return of the popular Charming Castles & Vineyards of the Rhine & Moselle itinerary
  • New land extensions, including in Bavaria, London, and Porto
